    Planes of Motion

The plane of motion you move your arms in determines more about you as a golfer than any other motion. The problem is we have two arms that have both upper and lower separate capabilities. The two upper arms can each move in three separate planes, they can also rotate in two separate directions. The lower arms can each move in two separate ways to the upper arms and the way that your arms move largely dictates the two different directions each wrist can move in. That is a large amount of \potential combinations that directly influence the force you put on the golf club and why most people fail to hit correct repetitive shots!

How you apply for e to the handle of the golf club is a by product of the motion of your arms and hands. The motion of your hands and arms is a by product of the muscles you activate to bring about motion. The MATAS is designed to ensure you activate and strengthen the correct muscles resulting in longer straighter more solid golf shots.
