    Muscle Activation Trainer & Strengthener

    Golf is all about the force you apply to the ball. The force e you apply to the ball is a by product of how you apply force to the handle of the golf club. How you apply for e to the handle of the golf club is a by product of the motion of your arms and hands. The motion of your hands and arms is a by product of the muscles you activate to bring about motion.     Plane of Motion Identifier

    The plane of motion and the direction of the force in that plane off motion is difficult to see until you use The Plane ID tool. This will allow you to take the muscle activation you built with the Muscle Activation Trainer and apply it to swinging your golf club.
